How to return an item

  • Email support@essentialsclothigltd.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • We’ll reply by email with free return instructions.
  • Send the item(s) back within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of returned items

Please return items unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached, so we can process your refund quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We’ll email you when your refund has been processed.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email support@essentialsclothigltd.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
